The 956G is the third-generation pure electric loader, developed on the basis of the second-generation dual motor technology, and positioned for high load working scenarios.
The 956G model adopts a large open crotch heavy-duty structural component (mountain type) design for the hinge joint, applies finite element technology analysis to reduce stress concentration, and can still ensure the high reliability of the structural components in harsh working conditions to extend the hinge life. The entire vehicle adopts direct drive walking+electro-hydraulic full servo control "action composite linkage" technology, By cooperating with energy recovery under the same operating conditions, we can improve the operational efficiency of pure electric loaders by more than 10% compared to competitors of the same model to reduce total energy consumption. Similarly, we can reduce the installation of batteries in the same model and operating conditions to save costs. The self-designed motor, electronic control, and gearbox have greater torque output and better matching, increasing reliability to enhance the market competitiveness of pure electric loaders.
