Plug in electric loaders are another product developed by our company based on electric (lithium-ion) loaders. In terms of power, our company has successfully independently developed specialized motors for 150KW and 180KW switched reluctance loaders, especially the successful research and development of plug in electric loaders, which have been put into the market. After being used by some customers, we have gained high recognition from them and obtained invention patents issued by the National Patent Office. This invention is an original invention patent. This product has the advantages of safety, environmental protection, energy conservation, and economic practicality. The maintenance is simple and convenient, and it can operate 24 hours without interruption, providing production support for enterprises. The product is divided into electronic control or mechanical, and can walk 360 degrees freely. The retraction and release lines are completely synchronized, and the working distance is 50-200 meters. Special itineraries can be customized. And it can be equipped with self driving or 2-4 hour workload power batteries. Switch freely at any time, simple and fast. Equipped with self-propelled and short-term work functions, it makes production scheduling more flexible and convenient.
According to customer feedback, the second-generation product has made the following improvements:
·Replacing fixed axle transmission and split torque converter, reliable, durable, and easy to maintain
·The 180kw water-cooled switched reluctance AC motor, jointly developed with East China University of Science and Technology, has strong impact resistance and solves the problem of high temperature demagnetization in the first generation of products. It consumes 45 degrees of electricity per hour (under sand and gravel conditions).
·Adopting a patented winch type winding and unwinding system, it avoids the situation of the first generation product's steel cables being not durable and the cables being tangled, making the product more reliable and safer. Customized domestic high standard three proof cables with built-in Kevlar material tensile and wear-resistant layer.
·Adopting a patented power collection system, it can achieve 360 degree steering and reduce the requirement for power supply terminal voltage, adapting to a wider range of working conditions.
·Adopting a single motor design, the use and maintenance are closer to traditional fuel loaders.
·In response to harsh working conditions with high levels of dust, hydraulic braking and a split type heat dissipation system have been adopted to improve reliability and reduce maintenance frequency.
·A high-power heating system has been developed for high-altitude cold regions.
·The central power supply tower has been strengthened, with stronger tensile strength and higher safety.
